Hey, everybody, grab a seat and join in! It’s a beautiful day outside and the sun is shining bright. I’m John Dean, your friendly neighbor. Some of you might already know that I’m a big automobile fan – been this way since my early days. Yep, guilty as charged! So, I’m always “hustling”, trying to find the most trending and most exciting car-related news all around the web. I keep my eye on the industry and make sure to share everything I find worth your wile.
The Mighty, Mighty States
Today I’m on a very important mission – I want to tell you folks about Toyota dealerships all over the mighty US. Note: we’re not gonna discuss topics like how to approach your first purchase, how to avoid a frustrating experience, what’s the difference between a Toyota parts dealer and a Toyota service center, the importance of a trained and experienced staff, competitive pricing, up-to-date line-ups, etc. That’s all been covered by me already – check out my posts on different dealerships and the “Quick Tips – How To Choose A Dealership” series.
This article is all about Toyota car dealers in the US, and, of course, Toyota dealers locations. I’m guessing the best way to approach this truly gigantic topic is by splitting it up into tiny little parts. Divide to conquer – you heard that one, right? So, this is how we’re gonna do this: I’ll make a list of the most “Toyota-heavy” American states, telling you about the best dealerships and describing each of them briefly. That will be a pretty great starting point for you – a guidebook, if you will, into the world of Toyota dealerships in the States.
Plus, I’ll give you the exact location of every Toyota dealer worth mentioning (except for the ones I’ve already reviewed), because sometimes – believe it or not – to locate a Toyota dealer you’ll have to put in a lot of work. I mean, to find local Toyota dealers is one thing, and to locate a facility in another town, let alone state, is something entirely different. Google is probably your best friend as a Toyota dealer locator, but, sometimes even the mighty “G” gets a bit rusty, especially when there’s a Scion facility, a separate Parts Center and a separate Service Center along with the Toyota main dealer. Don’t think that just typing in something like Toyota dealers near me you’ll get a satisfying result. If you ever tried to find a Toyota dealer using Google, then you know what I’m saying. It can get pretty confusing, so, that’s why I’ll be providing the exact location of every dealer mentioned today.
The Japanese Invasion
But first, let me tell you a bit about the company’s position in the American automobile industry. Toyota, a Japanese manufacturer, has such deep roots in the American soil, that it’s just as present and integrated into our lives as the native Ford and GM – more so even. In each of the 50 states Toyota has about 1 to 2K dealerships (with +/- 50 dealerships in every big city/region) – I’m talking about the certified establishments, with huge lots, amazing Service/Parts Centers and a hand-picked staff. The company has been doing business in the States for 80+ years, gaining trust and respect along with enormous profits.
With the start of the 21st century Toyota decided to take a bit risky, but, as it turned out, very rewarding road: they switched up from being the world’s biggest designer of luxurious sports cars to making middle-class-oriented – some could even say boring and mediocre – but still all-around amazing vehicles with signature reliability, safety and affordability. And with that, the company also had to change its dealerships’ policy.
The Legendary Toyota Service
Today a Toyota dealership means a very friendly, helpful, and never pushy staff, a highly-qualified team of technicians, an experienced financial team, and, of course, very competitive pricing. The affordable price tags are probably what got the company the number one spot in the “Wealthiest Automobile Manufacturers” list. So, hence the changes in the way they sell, maintain and service cars. Everybody knows about the exceptional Toyota service. I personally know a couple of folks from every state that are always happy to tell me about the amazing experience they’re having at their local dealerships.
Alright, so, without further ado, let’s start checking out Toyota dealers. The Mighty States have a lot of Toyota locations, many of which you could easily miss, and that’s why I’m starting this list – to pinpoint the finest of them all. As mention in the beginning of this article, Toyota has about 1500K dealerships in every state – obviously, we’re not gonna talk about ALL of them here! I’m afraid we’ll all fall asleep or get bored to death if we do. Instead, we’ll discuss only a few of them, to give you the overall picture, so to speak.
Toyota dealerships all across the United States are true to one cause: customer commitment. So, no matter which one of the 1500+ dealerships you walk into, you’ll get that same level of expertise, devotion and professionalism. True story. By the way, I’ve reviewed some of the best dealers in my blog already, so, I’ll be attaching links for you to check them all out. And one final thing: I’m not gonna start, say, from the north and finish in the west, or start from the west coast and finish up with the upper east coast. I’ll keep it random – that will be fair.
Alright, let’s roll!
Toyota Dealers in New Jersey
Let’s kick it off with New Jersey. It’s located in the Northeastern and Middle Atlantic Region of the US. NJ is the 4th smallest state, but, surprisingly enough, number 11 in the list of most populous and – drum roll please – the most densely populated state in USA (9 million people). Plus, it’s the 2nd wealthiest American state by average household income (71,180 dollars). With all that statistics, New Jersey is like the perfect state for establishing a net of dealerships. That’s why Toyota is so well spread all of the state.
1 – Runnemede Toyota – if you’re saving up to purchase a new vehicle, or a used ride, this dealership will provide you with the best line-up of Toyota cars and offer one of the most competitive prices. Every purchase, every maintenance task, every part bought matters, and the folks at the Runnemede Toyota Dealership know that better than anybody. Check out my full review of Runnemede Toyota.
2 – Morristown Toyota – this is a family-owned and run Toyota dealer ship with fine traditions and a very special relationship with the customers. Been around for about 40 years, so, that means only the best line-up of cars – new and pre-owned – an amazing Toyota service centre, and, of course, a good financial deal.
Also, make sure to check out Dayton Toyota (2291 Route 130, Dayton), Crystal Toyota (220 Route 22 West, Green Brook), Galaxy Toyota (750 Route 36, Eatontown,) and Toyota Universe (1485 Route 46 East, Little Falls) – one of the best in the state. If you didn’t find your town in my list, just go to http://www.toyota.com/dealers, and I’m sure you’ll find the nearest Toyota dealership to you.
By the way, when I was growing up, I didn’t have a single Toyota dealership near me! So, my dad and I had to travel a pretty long distance to check out the nearest Toyota dealer – it was fun, though, so, I can’t really complain.
Alright, that was my Toyota Dealers NJ list. Let’s proceed.
Toyota Dealers In Florida
Florida is located in the southeast, and is bordering with Georgia, Alabama and the Gulf of Mexico in the west. Florida is number 3 in the list of the most populous states, and the 8th most populated. It became the rightful member of the United States back in 1845. Florida is a very hot, shiny and happy state. Ever been to Miami? Exactly!
1 – First of all, take a look at the Toyota Of South Florida dealership (9775 NW 12th Street, Miami). It’s probably the most popular Toyota dealer Miami has, and that’s no big surprise. They’ve got one of the best prices in the state, plus a very warm and friendly atmosphere. If you’re lucky enough to be a Miami citizen and this is your nearest Toyota dealer, then you should definitely visit this place one day – the sooner the better.
2 – Toyota Of Orlando – another big name in Florida. This one is a full-range facility as well, meaning you can take care of sales, maintenance, repairs and finances without ever leaving the building. This dealership has been around for a while now, and is – if you ask me – the most respected dealer Toyota has in the region. It is the number 1 Volume Toyota dealer in the Orlando Metro Area, and is also heavily involved with community service and charity.
3 – Toyota Of Tampa Bay (1101 E Fletcher Ave). Great from all sides: sales, renting, leasing/loaning and service. They’ve also got a solid Parts department; by the way, you can check out this (and any other) Toyota dealer parts online – just visit the official web-site and click “Parts”. If you can’t find it (which I highly doubt), you can always contact the online support. It’s free!
A lot of folks are searching for Toyota dealers in Jacksonville FL. The great Jacksonville area is, indeed, rich with great Toyota dealerships, the most notable ones being the Keith Pierson Toyota dealer (6501 Youngerman Circle) and the Ernie Palmer Toyota dealer (1290 Cassat Ave).
Toyota Dealers In Minnesota
Fun fact about Minnesota: it’s number 12 in the list of the biggest states, and about 60% of the population lives in the “Twin Cities” (the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area), which is the center of industry, business, government and education.
The Toyota dealers MN list is pretty big – we got about 1000-1300K dealerships! Among the very best are Burnsville Toyota (14730 Buck Hill Road; great pricing, great service), Maplewood Toyota (2873 Maplewood Dr; been there with my Dad once – amazing dealer), and, of course, Quality Toyota (1125 West Lincoln Avenue, Fergus Falls; in business since 1992 with one of the best pricing policies in the business). So, that’s Minnesota Toyota dealers for you.
Toyota Dealers In Utah
Utah has a population of 3 million people, and is currently the 13th biggest and the 10th least-densely populated state of the US. As for Toyota dealers Utah is pretty awesome – we’ve got Mark Miller Toyota (730 S. West Temple, Salt Lake City), Karl Malone Toyota (11453 S. Lone Peak Parkway Draper; number 1 in Utah in 2014), and Larry H Miller Toyota (5650 South State Street, Murray, also serving Salt Lake). These are one of the finest in the state; so, if you live in Utah, and want an answer to a question like Toyota dealers near me, then check them all out – they’re worth it, trust me.
Toyota Dealers In VA (Virginia)
Virginia – the Mother Of Presidents – is located in the South Atlantic region of America. Speaking of Toyota dealers in VA, I gotta say, that the state is famous for the Richmond Toyota dealers. Just type in Toyota dealers Richmond VA and you’ll see for yourself. I’ve reviewed quite a lot of dealerships from Virginia, including Casey Toyota Williamsburg, Toyota Leesburg, Ourisman Toyota Fairfax, Toyota Winchester VA, Rosner Toyota Fredericksburg, and finally, Priority Toyota Chesapeake and Priority Toyota Chester. Quite an impressive list, right?
Let’s move on to Toyota dealers in Texas. If you’re from TX, then you probably know, that there’s A LOT of Texas Toyota dealers out there. Why? Well, it’s pretty simple: Texas – if you remember from school – is the 2nd most populous and the 2nd largest state in America. Texas has an area of 268,820 square miles and about 27 million citizens – pretty impressive, huh?
Speaking of Texas, I just gotta say a few words about the Toyota of Dallas dealership. First of all, this Toyota dealer services one of the best cars in the state, plus, you’ll get tons of discounts and solid help from the financial team. Easily one of the best dealerships in TX.
Other solid Dallas Toyota dealers include Cowboy Toyota (9525 E. R L Thornton Freeway), and Toyota Of Richardson (1221 N Central Expressway; 25 years in the business). These facilities got the highest overall customer praise. In addition, check out the Charles Maund Toyota dealership (8400 Research Boulevard; one of the best Austin Toyota dealers) and make sure to take a look at my reviews of Lithia Toyota Abilene TX, Toyota Of Lewisville and Texas Toyota Of Grapevine.
Colorado is the 8th most extensive and the twenty-second most populous state of America. They’ve got about 5, 3 million folks living in Colorado, with Denver being the capital and the most populous city. The state is known for great landscapes of forests, mountains, canyon, rivers and desert lands. Let’s take a look at Toyota dealers in Colorado, or, rather, Toyota Denver dealerships:
We’ve got Mountain States Toyota (201 West 70th Avenue) and Stevenson Toyota West (780 Indiana Street, Lakewood; one of the finest Denver Toyota dealers). Also, I recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota (15 East Motor Way) and Liberty Toyota (5115 New Car Drive; the best Toyota dealer Colorado Springs has to offer). So, if you ever decide to visit Colorado (maybe got some relatives you haven’t seen in ages), or if you’re born and raised, and just want to find the closest Toyota dealer, make sure to check them all out.
New York The State
New-York (the state, not the city) is the 4th most populous, and the 7th most densely populated state (about 20 million people). As for Toyota dealers NY is pretty impressive. First of all, check out my review on Hoselton Toyota (one of the finest Toyota dealers Rochester NY based).
If you’re looking for Toyota dealers Buffalo NY, visit the Northtown Toyota dealership (1135 Millersport Highway, Amherst; world-class service, an experienced staff, and a no-BS policy). If what you’re looking for are Toyota dealers Albany NY, take a trip to Lia Toyota of Colonie (2116 Central Avenue, Schenectady) and Toyota Of Clifton Park (202 Route 146, Mechanicville). These two are arguably the best dealerships serving Albany and the surrounding areas.
New York The City
Speaking of New-York the state, I want to tell you at least about one dealer from New-York city – the Bay Ridge Toyota dealership (6401 6th Avenue, Brooklyn). And not only because it’s the only one from Brooklyn, but also because it’s got great prices, countless specials and discounts and that 100% grimy but fair New-York way of doing business. I used to live in Brooklyn for a while back in the day, and the Bay Ridge spot was the best Toyota dealer near me – and they had this beautiful girl Ann working there…but that’s a story for another time.
When it comes to Toyota dealers MA has a lot to offer. Being the seventh smallest state by land area, but (surprisingly) the 14th most populous and the third most densely populated (6.7 million people), Massachusetts is number six in the list of states with the highest GDP (gross domestic product) per capita.
Toyota dealers in MA are presented by such big names, as Toyota Wellesley Dealership, Boch Toyota South and Woburn Toyota (probably the “youngest” Toyota dealer MA has). I’ve reviewed all three of them – go check them out.
Pennsylvania is the 33rd largest, the 6th most populous, and the 9th most densely populated American state. Among the state’s most populated cities are Philadelphia (approximately 1, 5 million people), Pittsburgh (300K – they’ve got top-notch Toyota Dealers in Pittsburgh), Allentown (120K), Erie (100K), and Reading (just under 90K). Pennsylvania was founded in 1681 and is one of the first 13 founding states. As for Toyota dealers PA can’t compete with, say, New Jersey or Florida when it comes to quantity, simply because it’s not that big and densely populated. But, in terms of quality, Pennsylvania holds the highest bar.
Toyota dealers in PA include Lancaster Toyota Dealerhip and Service center (see my review), Freedom Toyota (41 Industrial Drive, Hamburg), Bennett Toyota (1951 Lehigh Street, Allentown), and others.
I’ve got a lot of friends in California, and even been there a couple of times – beautiful state, beautiful people. It’s the most populous American state (38 million people) and the third largest state by area. Sacramento has been the capital of California since 1854 (what, you thought it was LA? Nope!) When it comes to Toyota dealers California is easily one of the mightiest. I mean, they’ve got tons of Southern California Toyota dealers, as well as Northern California Toyota dealers just waiting for you to visit. And with the Cali weather, I think It’ll be a blast! Los Angeles Toyota dealers are very popular too, as LA is one of the most prosperous and profitable US cities when it comes to selling cars. I’ve reviewed quite a few Californian dealers, so, whenever you’re around, check out:
Toyota Fremont Service (been around since 1938), Hammer Toyota (another old-timer – established in 1939), Longo Toyota El Monte, Stevens Creek Toyota (arguably the finest Toyota dealer San Jose has ever seen), Toyota Antioch, and, finally, Toyota Puente Hills. Hey, I told you I love California!
Sweet Georgia has a very special place in my heart. It’s the 24th largest and the 8th most populous state and is known as the Peach State or the Empire State of the South. Toyota dealers in GA are represented in my blog by Lowe Toyota, Toyota Statesboro, Kennesaw Toyota, Louie Herron Toyota Of Milledgeville (business is so good they’re expanding right now), Toyota Rome GA (serving the region from back in the day), Toyota Valdosta (in business for over 35 years), and finally, Pitts Toyota Dublin (also an old-timer – serving folks since 1978). So, that’s it for Toyota dealers in Georgia.
North Carolina And Illinois
Finally, let’s take a look at Toyota dealers in NC and Toyota dealers in Illinois. If you’re from NC, take a look at my reviews on Bobby Murray Toyota, Massey Toyota Kinston, Bryan Easler Toyota, Go Toyota Clinton, Jim Barkley Toyota, Toyota Huntersville, Fred Anderson Toyota Raleigh and Rick Hendrick Toyota Fayetteville.
Alright, folks, that’s it! I’ve tried my best to deliver you the most honest, objective and helpful info on Toyota dealers all over the US. If I didn’t include your hometown or favorite dealership, it’s only because I couldn’t possibly fit all of them in one article. So, tell me where you guys like to shop and service in the comments below. Who knows, maybe I’ll even write a new article and include all of the dealers you’ve mentioned? You know I’ll be happy to! Stay tuned and check back for my latest reviews!
