Greetings, fellow Americans! Thank you for joining in! Today I’ve got a special one for y’all: We’re gonna talk about the best brand(s) in the automobile industry. Yep, that’s a pretty big deal, ladies and gentleman, so, make yourselves a cup of tea (you can go with coffee, juice, soda, whatever – too early for alcohol, though), get comfy, and, as always, put your seatbelts on. It’s gonna be a bumpy ride.
Big Wide World
Gotta be host with you, dear friends: I don’t think there is ONE brand out there, that’s better than all the rest. No way. I believe that there is a place for everyone in this world, even for you and me :). Alright, so, what I’m trying to say, is that people are different, ok, and everybody’s got their dreams, hopes, and tastes. That’s why there are so many successful brands – each one of them represents a certain group of people with similar needs and requests. You remember that old saying – “A house for everyone?” Well, we can rephrase that, and say “A car for everyone”. That’s the truth. Therefore, that’s become the motto for the automobile manufacturers all around the globe – find a brand that can suit the needs of a bunch of folks, and you’ll get the jackpot. So, today, I’m gonna introduce to you a couple of brands, that, in my humble opinion, are the best (or, at least, one of the best) in the market.
I ain’t even gotta tell you – you already know. My sedan of choice is the Toyota Camry. I’ve got a 2015 edition that I’m really happy with. I take my nephew for a drive sometimes, and we have a great time together. Second place is for the Corolla. It’s like a more luxurious, more girly version of the Camry. I mean, if the man of the house is out to buy a family car, he’s gonna chose the Camry, and if the woman’s gonna do the honors – it’ll be the Corolla, believe me. If you’re a dedicated reader of my blog, then you should remember my article about the perks of a sedan. In that article, I told you about other available brands, like Nissan Altima, Kia Optima, Honda Accord, and Hyundai Sonata. My opinion hasn’t changed since – I still find those brands pretty solid, but my heart’s taken by the Camry (it sounds like a beautiful girl’s name, don’t you agree?)
As many of you know, Mid-Size Trucks are like the favorite toys for the big boys in the automobile industry. Pretty much every company considers it a matter of honor to make a really cool truck. And the market is really big as well. You got those jocks, geeks, science students queuing up to get that “Real Car”. Now, as for Toyota, we got those famous Tacoma, Tundra, and Helix brands. My first car was a 1996 Tacoma, so that’s the best brand in the industry for me – or rather the favorite truck for life. The Japanese are doing really well in the segment, but, there’s other fish in the sea, fighting for the bigger clientele. GM Canyon, Ford Ranger and Chevrolet Colorado are the biggest rivals of Tacoma in the market, and the competition is really hot. All specs and technical features aside, these four are believed to be the best mid-size trucks for the years to come, so, if you’re looking to buy one, pay closer attention to these big fellas.
If the Mid-Size Trucks are the “Real Cars”, than the SUVs are the “True Men Cars”. Big, grimy, and scary – almost like a bulldog. SUV-wise, Toyota’s got quite the line-up: 4Runner, RAV4, and the Land Cruiser. I’ve told you in detail about each one of them, so, if you wanna get up and close with these big boys, be my guests and check the reviews. Those are some stand-out SUVs, and they’ll work out every penny you pay for them. The penny is not that big for the RAV4, by the way – you can get it for roughly 24 thousand dollars. The 4Runner is a bit pricier – about 33K. Now, the Land Cruiser is the real expensive one – the full edition, with all the supplementary features, will cost you 80K or more. But, it’s worth it – 100%. If you want some alternatives, take a look at Ford Explorer/Expedition, Land Rover Range Rover, and Chevrolet Tahoe.
Alright, my friends! That pretty much covers it. I could go on, and on about all the different brands out there, but this is it for today. Check back with me more often, and, who knows, maybe you’ll find a completely new list of the best brands in the industry. Until then, be good, be happy, and drive safe!
